(1) spangle coating of normal zinc coating
During the normal solidification process of zinc layer, zinc grains grow freely to form a coating with obvious zinc flower morphology.
(2) ShellShellSpangle coating of small zinc flowers
During the solidification process of zinc layer, the zinc grains are artificially limited to form as fine zinc flower coating as possible.
(3) Zinc free coating spangle-free
By adjusting the chemical composition of the bath, the coating does not have visible zinc flower morphology, uniform surface.
Galvanizing refers to the surface treatment technology of plating a layer of zinc on the surface of metal, alloy or other materials to play the role of aesthetics and rust prevention. The main method used is hot galvanizing.
The main features
1, the appearance is smooth, no zinc tumor, burr, silver white;
2, the thickness is controllable, within 5-107μm arbitrary choice;
3, no hydrogen embrittlement, no temperature damage, can ensure the mechanical properties of materials unchanged;
4, can replace part of the need for hot dip galvanizing process;
5, good corrosion resistance, neutral salt spray test up to 240 hours.

Hot dip galvanized
The production process of hot-galvanized sheet mainly includes: raw plate preparation → pre-plating treatment → hot-dip plating → post-plating treatment → finished product inspection and so on.
This plating method is especially suitable for all kinds of strong acid, alkali mist and other strong corrosion environment.
Electric galvanized
Cold galvanizing is also called the electric galvanized, it is using electrolytic equipment fitting after degreasing, pickling, into the composition of zinc salt in the solution, and connect the cathode electrolytic equipment, across the tube placed zinc plate, connected to the anode electrolytic equipment, power supply is connected using current from the positive to the negative directional moving deposits a layer of zinc on the pipe fittings, cold is plated fittings galvanized after processing.
